Cancellation Notice

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your reserved time to other patients in need of care.

Missed or Late Cancellation Fee

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without prior notice will incur a cancellation fee of IDR 200,000. This policy supports the commitment of our team and ensures availability for all patients seeking timely treatment.
