Aftercare &
Maintenance
- Avoid eating or drinking anything too hot, cold, or spicy for a few hours
- Mild gum sensitivity or bleeding may occur and will subside within 1–2 days
- Brush your teeth gently using a soft-bristled toothbrush
- If advised, rinse with warm salt water to soothe the gums
- Maintain good oral hygiene: brush twice a day and floss daily
- Schedule regular scaling every 6 months or as recommended by your dentist

Step 1 Consultation & Examination
- The dentist or hygienist will examine your teeth and gums

- Using ultrasonic and hand instruments, plaque and tartar are gently removed from the tooth surface, including below the gum line
